The Promotion Description 1. New Hampshire Group, LLC (“NHG”) is conducting a “Wild Ride Giveaway” of a brand-new Polaris UTV (the “Promotion”) on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at the following NHG location: Northwoods Casino, LLC at 155 Emery Street, Berlin, NH (“Northwoods”). a. A Polaris UTV will be given away on Saturday, September 16 at 8:00PM at Northwoods. b. Earning period for entries in the Promotion is 4:00PM, July 19, 2023, through 7:00PM, September 16, 2023. Entries activated on the day of the drawing (September 9) will qualify for the drawing that day. c. Entries for this drawing are only valid at Northwoods. Who Can Enter 2. The Promotion is open to all guests of Northwoods eighteen (18) years of age or older. 3. Employees of NHG or Polaris Industries, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and other coordinating agencies with this Promotion are ineligible (this includes their respective directors, officers and key persons). Immediate family members and members of the household of NHG or Polaris Industries employees are ineligible to enter and/or to win the Promotion. Immediate family is defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses. Household is defined as living in the same residence as one or more of the above-mentioned individuals. 4. How to Enter & How to Win Participants will earn entries based on their play at Northwoods each gaming day of operation between Wednesday, July 19 and Saturday, September 16, 2023. Entries for play will be awarded as follows: Approved by Legal – DATE – FINAL (Completed by Legal) Page 2 of 4 1 Hour of Play Lucky 7’s machines = 3 entries Table Games = 2 entries Cash Poker = 1 entry Bonus Entries: Any Blackjack = 1 entry Any straight or higher on carnival games = 1 entry Entries will be awarded and issued to the participants immediately upon earning. Participants will receive entries and retain possession until the drawing date. Participants will complete the required information on the back of the entry form (name, email, phone number), and bring them back to Northwoods on Saturday, September 16, 2023. Beginning at 4:00PM, participants can deposit their entries into the drawing drum. All entries must be deposited into the drawing drum prior to 7:45PM. 5. On Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 8:00PM, one winner will be drawn to win the prize as identified in Paragraph 1. Above. 6. Participants must be present to win and present a valid government-issued photo identification to the applicable NHG staff member. No proxies are allowed. Failure to provide required identification will result in forfeiture. 7. Winner’s name will be announced at Casino’s Player Services location by Player Services personnel. The winner drawn will have 5 minutes to report to the Player Services location after their name has been called to present identification and claim their prize. If the drawn winner does not report to the Player Services within 5 minutes after their name is called, that person forfeits their right to receive a prize. Redraws will be conducted to identify a winner if the first person does not claim the prize. 8. In the event a potential winner is found to be ineligible to win a prize in this Promotion, becomes disqualified for any reason, and/or forfeits, an alternate winner will be selected. Odds of Winning 9. Odds of winning Qualifying Drawing depend upon the number of entries received for the Promotion. Other General Rules that Apply to this Promotion 10. Winner is responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes, and will be issued an IRS 1099 form for all prizes won in this Promotion. 12. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility to win a prize, or disqualification from the Promotion. 13. Governing Law: This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the State of New Hampshire, United States, and is void where prohibited. 14. This Promotion is subject to the approval of the NH Lottery. 15. Each participant shall indemnify and hold harmless NHG, and their respective officers, employees and agents, against any damage, loss, claim or liability arising from his or her participation in this Promotion. NHG assumes no liability of any kind for any property loss or damage or personal injury occurring in connection with any prizes. 16. NHG is not responsible for any technical difficulties, technical malfunctions or errors (whether technical or typographical or human) which may occur in the administration of the Promotion and/or the processing of any entries. 17. By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to and acknowledges that they will abide by the official rules, regulations and procedures of the Promotion. 18. General Conditions: The casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. The decision of the casino regarding any aspect of the Sweepstakes is final and binding 19. NHG marketing officials will resolve any and all disputes. 20. NHG management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify this Promotion at any time. 21. By participating in this Promotion, participants hereby grant NHG permission to use his/her name, photograph, and likeness in connection with the advertising and promotion of its products, in any manner and in any medium, without additional compensation, as NHG, in their sole discretion, shall deem appropriate or desirable. Participants irrevocably consent to the unrestricted use, in perpetuity, for purposes including, but not limited to, display, advertising, sale, and trade, and including any alterations or modifications whatsoever of said photograph, including the negatives and prints made there from and by NHG, its employees, agents, customers, successors, and assigns forever. Participants waive any right, which he/she may otherwise have, to inspect or approve the photographs or prints made from the negative thereof, with respect to: 1) any alterations or modifications, any material or commentary; 2) any publication using the name of the undersigned, no name, or fictitious name; 3) and use for the purpose of publicity, illustration, commercial art; and 4) any advertising of products or services. Persons who have been excluded from NHG, or who have requested self-exclusion from the property, or who are on an Exclusion List are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In the event an ineligible person should attempt to receive a prize, the winning entry for the prize shall be deemed void. 23. NHG reserves the right to substitute a cash prize for a retail prize. Substitution will be of greater or equal cash value of original prize. 24. Claiming the prize won is the sole responsibility of the winner. In the event the winner cannot be contacted, the prize will result in forfeiture. End of Official Rules.
